How does it work?
Subscribing is super easy - simply select the "subscribe & save" option when adding a product to your basket, and choose your desired delivery frequency.
We take care of the rest - your order is processed securely automatically and your product delivered without lifting a finger!
All products in our range are designed to give 30 standard servings, so the default delivery frequency is 4 weeks. However, you can choose to make this 2 weeks or 6 weeks if you find you use slightly more or less of a product.
Can I change or cancel?
Of course - this can be done easily and quickly via your account dashboard.
Here you can amend the products in your subscription and the delivery frequency - though if changing product, you may find it easier to cancel one subscription and start a new one.
You can cancel anytime after your 2nd delivery - we only stipulate this to avoid people taking advantage of the subscription discount and then instantly cancelling. If you are cancelling to change product choice, you can do this anytime.
If you have a genuine issue with the product and need to cancel, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Are there other benefits?
Our subscribers are our real VIP's - so rest assured, we will look after you wherever we can.
You will qualify for exclusive subscriber-only offers when available and be the first to receive our latest news and updates - including info on new product launches.
For certain products we carry out things such as taste and formulation testing prior to launch, and our subscribers will be the first to be offered this if applicable.
