Can I take more than one of your products at a time?
Of course you can. Some of us need a bit more, some a bit less. Our supplements are natural meat products and can easily be taken in combination with each other.
Listen to your body, if you take a combination and feel great then you are probably on the right tracks.
Play around with what you take and how much you take. What is good for you may be totally different to what I need.
Each of us has a unique physiology and this means we all have different needs. Who are we to know what will be right for you? :)
Are the ingredients safe?
All our products are certified EU organic and manufactured in a HAACP certified facility and the desiccated products have microbiology tests routinely.
How will I feel when taking these supplements?
Our customers commonly notice a boost in energy and vitality.
But how should you feel when you are making good health choices?
These supplements offer an important factor in good nutrition. If you are addressing all the factors in your life to make them healthy such as your diet, exercise, environment, healthy relationships etc then you will begin to discover the power and abundant energy of vibrant good health.
How much should I take and when?
Our general dosage instructions would be to take 8 capsules a day. Each capsule contains 400mg of desiccated product giving a daily dose of 3200mg. However, if you have never used organ supplements before you may choose to start with two capsules a day, adding a capsule a day until you get to 8 capsules. This is called titrating your dose.
It may be that you find taking half of what we suggest works great for you, it may be you need to take more. That is fine.
You can take them on an empty stomach since you are simply eating a food and we would recommend you take them in the morning.
You may want to take half in the morning and half in the afternoon. That is perfectly acceptable.
You may wish to avoid taking them in the evening in case you get such a boost that it interferes with sleep.
Of course, our Hypnos nootropic drink should be taken before bed.
